Australia’s Josh Brookes Has Positive First Day

Josh Brooks (Milwaukee BMW) has had a positive first day of the official World Superbike test at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, ahead of the opening round of the 2016 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship this weekend. Brookes managed to finish the day in overall 14th position with the best lap time of 1.32.714.

Despite a slight amount of rain, the 2015 British Superbike Champion managed to spend a considerable amount of the sessions out on track

So close to a podium position for our Aussie racer @remygardner during the Tissot Superpole Race for the Grand Ridge Brewery Australian Round! Remy fought hard during the 10-lap sprint race, right in podium contention, but still brought it home in a very respectable 6th position.
